ABOUT THIS WEBSITE-project explanation

This is a website I made for a class project in college, for Summer 2024 semester. The assignment: This is a broad assignment with few criteria. Please find something interesting to explore, be curious about it, explore it thoroughly, and explain it to the class or me in an interesting way. Of course, you can go the traditional essay route, but I hope you’ll consider other things. You could do a slideshow presentation, you could do a video of some sort that you make, you could do a podcast episode, you could do art, you could do a poster of some sort, etc. I have no guidelines as to what product you end up with. You must end up with a product, though, and it must do the following things:

1. It must use at least three pieces of science fiction – you could deal with three episodes of something, three stories, three films, three novels, etc.

2. It must demonstrate depth of thought and insight.

3. It must demonstrate careful work.

   I decided to choose three episodes of the anime Serial Experiments Lain, and I chose the three episodes that I thought had the most interesting sci-fi elements. I wanted this website to be a fun interactive way to present my writings on the three episodes, which is why the homepage is based around those three episodes. I hope you enjoy!
